About Privacy Matte 6
Privacy Matte 6 provides heavy visual screening with a smooth translucent white face. It blurs people, furniture, and movement strongly, while still allowing the room to borrow a soft glow from adjacent daylight.
This level works well for medical admin areas in University City, private meeting rooms in Center City, and rowhome bathroom windows where light is welcome but view-through is not. It has a calm, professional look rather than a patterned decorative statement.
From either side, close movement may register as a softened form, but details should be difficult to read. The film should be selected by required privacy level, not by name alone, because lighting and distance affect perception.
Choose Matte 6 when Matte 7 feels too closed but lighter films leave too much visible. It is a strong middle-high privacy choice for glass that still needs to transmit daylight.
