About Privacy Matte 5
Privacy Matte 5 gives glass an even white diffusion that is substantial without feeling sealed. It breaks up faces and room details at normal viewing distances while keeping daylight moving through doors, sidelites, and partitions.
Philadelphia offices in Center City and Old City often use this level for conference fronts, suite entries, and shared work areas where privacy is needed but a clinical look would feel too heavy. It also works on residential interior glass where moderate screening is enough.
The film reads consistent and plain, so it will not compete with existing finishes. People standing very close to the glass may still appear as blurred movement, especially when the other side is brightly lit.
Choose Matte 5 for a balanced privacy setting. Matte 6 and 7 increase opacity for sensitive rooms, while Matte 3 and 4 keep the atmosphere lighter.
