RHE 35 ER HPR gives exterior-rated reflective performance in a lighter 35% VLT package. It is made for projects where outside application solves access problems, but the room still needs to stay reasonably bright. Because it is exterior-rated, the access plan and exposure conditions matter just as much as the tint level.

It is useful on Philadelphia office buildings, schools, hospitals, and atrium glass where interior access is limited by tenants, finishes, or height. The silver exterior can refresh older commercial glass while helping reduce sun load. On Philadelphia projects, RHE 35 ER HPR should be evaluated by elevation, room use, and how much glass faces sidewalks, transit, neighboring rowhomes, or open sky.

A 35% VLT exterior reflective film provides moderate privacy and glare reduction, not the deep room darkening of RHE 20. The HPR construction is selected for exterior exposure, and the reflective surface should be evaluated against the facade design. In practice, 35% VLT tells the project team how assertive the silver reflective result will feel once installed, not just how it looks on a sample card.

Choose RHE 35 when RHE 20 is too dark but a reflective exterior result is acceptable. Choose NHE 35 for a calmer neutral look on the same exterior-access type of project.
