Slat Glace Border Horizontal lays a horizontal slat rhythm across the glass, with border detailing that makes the finish feel planned rather than random. The effect is louver-like: structured, directional, and more architectural than plain frost.
In Philadelphia, it works on restaurant sidelites in Old City, lobby glass in Rittenhouse hotels, and office fronts where privacy is needed at eye level but the space should still feel open. The horizontal read can also make tall narrow panes feel wider.
Views through the film are interrupted in bands, so it screens more deliberately than soft mist patterns. Alignment across adjacent panes is important, and cleaning should avoid abrasive tools that could dull the finished face.
